DJ, i knew where there was a barn fresh '70 torino for $1500. 429, 4 speed, detroit locker rear. red W/ black stripes & interior. needed drivers floorpans, some 1/4 panel work, and paint at a minimum though, but that's you're thing
VOTE FOR ME, PEOPLE!!!! http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124863 please? kthnx!
that's an awesome find. torinos aren't my thing really, but for 1500 you could fix it up and easily turn a profit.
They do if they're worn out and don't rebound the suspension. I have something else I need to ask you though. Would a transfer case and front driveshaft off of an 02 3.0 fit on my truck?
shocks don't hold your truck up. i can compress a stock shock by hand, a vehicle can do that way easier. they're to keep the wheels in constant contact with the road surface by controlling how fast the springs compress/extend the suspension.
Dont act like a moron Pete. Listen to the people around you that know something and trust us that shocks have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with ride height. I hope you understand that now. As for the transfer case, yes it will fit.
Lol it cant be springs on the front. As for the back, iv never heard of leafs sagging. I know my El Camino seems like it sits lower since it has no shocks
