I looked up some andour Rangers have +12mm offset and these have -19mm offset. That got me a little worried but it turns out thats a little over an inch lol
Call summitracing or somewhere that sells these and see what's available. If you lift it, 3.5-3.75" backspacing would be perfect for some 33s or something.
