Red ranger

Hey yall I have a 1990 xlt red ranger. It was the proverbial barn find. It has 65000 miles dusty several small rust spots. Frame has surface areas of rust. 2.9 motor manual trans, 2 wheel drive, interior is faded but good shape. Did I mention dusty.
When I purchased it last fall after 2 drives a deer came out of the trees and it was the last thing it did. Unfortunately driver side fender grill and radiator support are damaged.
Since I am on a fixed income I am trying to repair I have all the respect for body folks. But I can’t afford to use them. I am trying to fix it. Wow the body bolts are time welded. i am looking for body parts. Tried salvage yards with the response being we don’t have anything that old. So I went on line thought I scored. Scammed.
Does anyone have any suggestions for body parts? Thanks for reading hop someone reads.
