well it looks a hell of a lot better now lmao. when i do my body lift this spring im gonna sand down all the rust, and clean everything up. gotta make it outlast the engine. which i hope will last a hell of a long time. 99K miles on it right now
I used a wire wheel underneath, then wire brush and sprayed it down with purple power, pressure washed then blew it dry. What a friggin process, but it was worth it. Too bad you werent closer I'd be willing to help!
yeah for sure. shes a mess under there, Not really the frame, its mostly fine as im sure it was undercoated from factory, canadian truck, most vehicles where i live leave the dealer with free undercoating but in this pic, you can see she needs some love in some spots.
Yeah those knuckles really flake. do you know of a powder coater near you? They would look killer powder coated! Also, I POR15 the lower control arms and they are holding up great with the road salt!
i think im pretty much between a cherokee or a 2 door blazer. i like the look of the blazers and the 2 doors. i like how cherokees have more aftermarket support though. im stuck between the two.
what's up ppl some one shoot me it's been a busy day at work.... grrrrr damn stupid ppl..... lol but eh stupidity is job security hahahahahaha
Yeah I know a good powder coater. Good work and not expensive. Will have to consider going that route.
We shall see! Will be hard to go that long with a down truck though, that's the only issue I can see.
Yeah I know it, maybe he can do a quick turn around for ya. The guy I use is max 4 days to do it but can push it to a day and a half
