Need to pick someones brain. I have a 93 ranger put a newer 4.0 in it (had a 4.0) in it prior to this. now i have no spark no fuel no injector pulse. When i turn the key on nothing happends fuel pump makes no noise (just replaced it). Im leaning towards a pcm but was wondering if anyone has had this issue or has had any experience with this issue. The motor does turn over.
