yeah ummmm noon the strobe part.... lol the install is easy s can be pull your grille off and unbolt the oval then run the wires thru the middle hole and mount the oval to the ring and the mount the ring and oval to grille run wires to where you wanna hook them up splice and then test..... if it works your good to go.......

well louisville sure didnt care when my 36" strobe bar was running on the top of the truck but the state boy did!!
