Hi there, thanks for reading. After trying for a long time to deal with emission problems changing all sensors and things related to it, I finally purchased a new catalytic converter that I will install myself for a 1998 ford ranger, 4.0l v6. I hope this will take care of my woes. It is supposed to be a direct fit. Being a non expert mechanic I am wondering if there are any tricks, tips or advice I should know before tackling this.
