Mitsubishi FM145 shifter assembly (E6TZ7210C)

Hey guys.. New member here.
Shifter assembly in my 1986 ranger (Mitsubishi FM145 transmission) came out and broke the knurled part at the end. I found the part # E6TZ7210C but the assembly is difficult to find. Any thoughts or ideas where I can locate one? Used?

Good grief! Found everything for the transmission except the shifter. I searched Google, Ebay, RockAuto, summit racing, etc... Next idea would be to find a few nearby junk yards to find at least something to take one off of. Maybe find an entire transmission very cheap, rob the shifter from it and scrap the rest? Good luck!
