This may help a few folks out there, but I've been helping neighbor to restore his intermittent heater/AC blower on a 1995 Ranger 2.3L. After various diagnostics and attempting to trace wiring issues, we finally found a "hidden" or unobserved relay located behind the passenger-side head lamp, in a small enclosure containing the blower relay and another unknown relay. We could find no internet resources describing this location.
