Free bump for a real handy little gadget.

I use the smaller red & blue ones similar to these for my wiring kits & they make life a lot easier for people who don't have a lot of wiring experience.

Slip 'em over the wire you want to tap, stick the new wire in the other side, squeeze together with pliers & snap the cap. Bang! Done.

Haven't seen too many of the larger sizes like those though
