door locks but not unlocks

After disconnecting my battery to install new terminals, the power door switch on arm rest will only LOCK the door it will not unlock the door.
the key fob works like it normally does, so now I have 2 door switches that do not operate properly. any ideas or simple fixes? lol
 
I have had the same problem... Mine will lock when you press the button but not unlock. I found that jimmying the wires around makes them work temporarily in my case, then they will stop after a while...
 
had this problem in my 1999 Grand Am, there was a break in the wire where the door is hinged to the door, so everytime I opened or closed the door, it would cause the wire to break.
 
did a jingle and the damn fed ex guy showed up lol but he brought the shocks hahaha
 
lol I saw your other thread, awkward moment for you and the fedex guy unless he enjoyed the show :p

I think she smiled and said getting a lift or she wanted a lift could not tell
 
it is a bad door lock actuator , clinton is going to pick one up for me
