ok to get the door bezel off there are 2 screws where the handle is take them out and then give a jerk and it will pop off.... then remove the switches and your good to go....

had mine off to many times to cout and gonna pull them off again this spring to repaint them to color match the truck.... all the blue is gonna be the same... damn why cant i make up my mind on the color scheme... lol
