Could be the bulb itself burnt out. Not sure on the fuses. I would assume there's one for the entire setup rather than each individual light though.
 
I dont think it would be a fuse, I would think if it were other lights wouldnt work in the cluster. It may be the bulb itself. Does it light up when you turn the key?

the "dummy light" are the little holders like the circled ones.

i think buggman makes bulbs for them too, might as well do all LEDs lol :D

it's actually gonna be the tan ones that are the holders for the idiot lights.... as far as the bulb number you may have to get ahold of buggman he may know or have some bulbs that can swap into it.....

Yes, the lights he circled are the backlights. Not the idiot lights
 
my bad when i wrote "are the little holders like the circled ones" i thought it made more sense, yea the little ones that are similar to the ones i circled
