alright guys after going to best buy and testing out speakers for my moms car. i pressed the amplifier button to add an alpine amp to the speakers. the sound difference was amazing. im thinking of a four channel amp with a shallow mount sub in and amping my kicker speakers since my kenwoods suck. im looking at this sub http://www.crutchfield.com/p_575R2SD210/Rockford-Fosgate-R2SD2-10.html?tp=111 and using this amp. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777M4075/Sound-Ordnance-M-4075.html?tp=35782. or using a loaded enclosure from best buy http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Kicker+-+10%22+Single-Voice-Coil+4-Ohm+Subwoofer+with+Enclosure/9894295.p?id=1218190975541&skuId=9894295. i am also considering only using a mono sub amplifier http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777M1350/Sound-Ordnance-M-1350.html?tp=115 what do you guys think? mono or 4 channel with the kickers amped? thanks a lot for any help.

Use a mono amp for your sub, for door speakers use a 2 or 4 channel
Amp, depending on how many speakers your amping.
also, adding an equalizer to your speakers may also help.
Infinity, and Alpine make great amps, MTX, or Sound storm, make good amps for budget buyers
Stay away from companys such as Pyle, and Crunch (crunch is greatly underpowered)

Not yet I'm going to buy a radio that has the pandora feature then get the powered sound ordnance sub eventually.

Is there anyway, before buying that is, to really know what is and what isn’t a good amp/shallow sub setup ?
