I have a 2004 ranger4wd auto trans 4.0 engine. I use it for snow plowing. I don't drive it much so it sits. Left it in 4wd last fall and it will not shift out of 4wd. I've read some of the forums on repairs. Fuses are good under the hood and at passenger fuse panel . I DON'T hear a click from passenger fuse panel area when the key is turned on. At the plug on the transfer case to the gear control motor I have NO power at any of the pins (with switch in any position). . With key on, dash indicator 4x4 lights up, ...does not flash. I'm gathering my problem is the 4x4 module is bad. Where is that located and how do I test it?
