2000 Ford Ranger XL Supercab 3.0 6 Cylinder Flex. Fuses relays amperage unknown and location unknown Fog lights and cruise control not working

I bought this 2000 Ford Ranger and the cruise control and fog lights don't work. I looked at everything I could find online engine compartment fuse box and fuse box panel inside the driver door next to the headlight switch. There's missing fuses and relay switches and I don't know which slots should have fuses and what amperage. There's no check engine light or any other dash light errors showing.

The fuse box inside the cab I've looked at the the fuses and they seem to be okay. The fuses and relays switches in the engine compartment box don't show amperage and I don't know what empty slots should have fuses?

I can't find the amperage for relay # 8 and # 10 related to the fog lights in the power distribution box

I put 2 20 amp relay fuses in the two fog lamp, empty slats and the fog lights work. Although the passenger side front light has a short in a wire so I have to have my mechanic replaced to harness.
