I'm calling BS! I'm way older than you and when I took my Road test in 1982, The minimum age for a driver to take his road test in the U.S. is 16. NO MATTER WHAT STATE YOU LIVE IN. so, Hoolie, explain how you got to take the road test at 15 in the 1990's???
