step by step, take the headlights off your truck and then preheat your oven to 200 degrees and then put the lights on a cookie sheet and let them sit for five minutes (make sure their not melting they shouldnt mine were in for 10 min) and pry the lens of the housing and then clean any excess silicone and then mask off all the areas you dont want painted and they get krylon plastic paint and paint away, i recomend 4 coates and after when it dries squeeze some silicone in the grooves of the housing and pop the lens back in and make sure you seal it very well, and voila your headlights are modded
