    most taurus' had the 3.0 Vulcan motor.. if 3.0 and 4.0 alternators are the same it should. hope this helps on some level.

    Best way to find out if so-an-so part fits so-an-so car, hit up RockAuto. With enough playing around and button clicking, you'll find the vehicles it'll fit. SummitRacing also shows this on their site.
