the ecoboost I looked at was the v6 4x4 going for $40,0000 plus any dealer installed options. Way too much for my blood

I rather have a honking V8 in a fullsize then a turbo 6, but I am just old school about it so I would rather have the 5.7L Hemi- then the 5L coyote or the 6.2L Raptor engine
I guess its personal preference. Personally, I wouldnt have a Dodge. And the 4.7 gets the same mpg as our Rangers: 14/18. And the 6.2L does make 400 horses... at 16 mpg highway or less lol.
exactly, lol the V8 4.7 mated to a 4x4 quad cab full size truck gets the same MPG as our ranger, more incentive to get one (if youre a dodge fan that is )
IMO a trucks a truck they all do the same thing and each brand has there advantages and disadvantaged no one truck is better then the others, so you pick a truck that is made for what you want to do with it
Why I prefer the Ram over the other full size trucks, I prefer the rear suspension of the Dodgem, although it cant carry as much or tow as much, the ride is a lot more improved. For what I need the Ram is already overkill . I tried looking at local dealerships for any F150 in the $20,000 range and have found any, but besides that none of them had new rangers. they are all gone , only used ones left.
Amen! Lets leave it at that lol The whole reason I got a Ranger was cuz I couldnt find a $20,000 F-150. So I paid a hair more for a brand new Ranger instead lol
