Riding low and broke!!!
Well so Ashley and I bought out first house. It's not much but were exited. We get to make it our own. ITs an 1986 Oakwood modle single wide trailer. Two bedrooms one bathroom. It has a bar behind the kitchen sink which is cool. The colors already in the house are fugly. We have the paint picked out. The color of the living room is Napery and I forgot the name of the color of the bathroom. Right now were just getting it presentable to move in. Then later on down the road were gonna upgrade the place. Here are a few cell phone pictures I took. Please don't hate on the colors lol....

not gonna lie but thats a pretty good first home right there, and it will be a fun project to fix up, i love remodeling homes

You mean under pining? It needs a good cleaning but other than that looks great. We've got all the bad floors ripped out and hopefully were gonna put manolium down today and start painting the bathroom walls and ceilings.

Ummmmm did someone walk in and puke all over the walls for paint. Lol just kidding man I'm sure it will look brand new when your done with it.

3.5k?
Heck you can't buy a cheap car for that.
It'll need a little fix'n up, but should turn out nice.

Heck of a deal! And when your done remodeling, you get to step back and say "I built that". Dont let anyone give ya crap about living in a trailer either! Theyre awesome houses! Not to mention theyre moveable lol.

Exactly when they brought it in I put on my facebook you might be a redneck if your house rolls up on wheels lmfao.

nice buy, it's rough around the edges but a great first home, especially for 3500... even for the 9k total, it's still less than most places for rent. and you'll have almost zero taxes!

Looks like one of the first places I lived in. It was cheap, and still had alot of living space when my daughter came along. Make sure you get good A/C, cause they turn into ovens with the heat!

Congratulations man!

not bad, elbow grease and it will look like new in no time. I too started in 60x16 trailer, single wide .. just if you live in a tornado zone might want to consider having a shelter dug and install block or poured concrete walls and a vent/whirlybird

have fun with the remodel!!
