*rolls up newspape* No! Bad! *smacks nose w news paper* These guys know what's good! Just make sure you use pliers to pinch them all the way on the wires.. I had one that didn't close all the way and it cause mine to not work for like a month till I decided to piss with it some more..
Lmfao. I didn't know I was a dog... Hahahahaha. As you can tell, I've never done electrical work on this level before. I'll see if I can figure it out. If not, I have a buddy who's an electrical genious, but has never put in an OHC.
Okay, so does anyone know how to disassemble the console for painting? lol Probably gonna head home tonight then wake up early and take it apart, then over to my aunt's garage to paint it.
you can do it , look at all the write ups take yor time use a pencil to outline where you are going to mount the ohc and line up the front where it meets the edge of the headliner dont want to mount it too far in the front or to far in the rear but just right
Thanks Craig. I found this on trs. Yes, it's another forum, but I found it to be helpful and detailed enough for me. I need a lot of detail in order to not be an idiot and screw it up. http://www.therangerstation.com/Magazine/Fall2008/explorer_overhead_console.htm
