I think in your state it may fail. Check with a local inspection place about it, I know NY and NJ are real sticklers for that crap

I thought you were allowed to have as many cats as you wanted as long as you didnt ignore them and feed them every day. You only have to have one cat I believe or you could keep them both on and just pound out the insides of them = cat but no cat
