I’m not sure how old your ranger is, but if it’s a 97 or older, what about the radius arms/bushings? Maybe sway bar links?

my '93 has 145,000 on it. still going strong. its well maintained, but i do use it like a truck and i enjoy a little "sporty" driving once in a while.
