I had to cut the center seat out, and weld a peice of sheet metal to the seat as you see in the pic. To hold it's frame up so the seat wouldn't colaps my fat ass!!! Here is the origional Ranger seat pan. Here is the origional seat tracks!!! Got half of the seat in. Litteraly. My messy work area. And the final product. My buddy Brent has my shorty console which I hope to go get this weekend. Maybe even tomorrow.

how much comfier are they? I find my 06 ranger's seats are pretty un comfy after my commute (1.5 hours) need something a tad softer
the Ranger seats of '11 are one of the reasons why I had to trade it in. I've sat on milk crates that were more comfortable. At least you don't have the seat airbags to worry about. I bet those seats are a huge improvement.
so, still in love with them? If i keep my ranger, I will definately have to do this mod if they are that much comfier.
