At least your truck is safely driveable... Mine shakes and rattles down the damn highway. Anything above 60 is fair game to losing the ass end because the truck shakes so much.
Yeah. Plus going around a corner at more than 45 causes the front end to have an uncontrollable death wobble and unless I mash on the brakes, I'm veering out of control into a wall because of the ball joints.
Mine needs a new body... But otherwise, it needs ball joins, an alignment, and a new extended cab driver's side window. My truck had been making some bad popping noises every time I'd turn or hit a bump. I thought I needed cab mounts. I took it a little off roading yesterday, turns out it was all the sway bar almost coming off. Well, with the bump I hit a little to hard yesterday, it ripped off and my truck is now quiet as can be. So all in all, off roading fixes my truck lol.
i passed cookiemonster in the company ranger today, lol. had to run deisel fuel up to where our company's '05 duramax is at the dealership... it was having fuel issues, turns out someone filled it from empty with gasoline, and ran at least 1/4 of a tank through it
i dunno if he saw me, i glanced over and saw a big lifted 3rd gen with a yellow front suspension and i flashed my lights once before he was gone, lol. also awsome i got to run my favorite lil 4cyl ranger again today i LOVE that damn truck, only thing i dislike is that it don't have a tilt wheel.
ive never been a big fan of brushguards...yea they look good but in a wreck with another car they do more harm then good
Maybe to the other persons vehicle hell if I got one I'd weld metal spikes on it and hit deer an take em home
i want some tenderloin... and some jerkey. good stuff. i'm off to bed, 5:00 am comes way too quick, lol. hopefully i'll get to drive the ranger at work again tomorrow
This. WRONG! They'll crumble back and crack your grille, your headlights, take a nasty toll on your bumper, and most likely take a chip out of your hood. Trust me, a buddy used to have one on his Frontier and it was worthless. More for show and not for go...
