Going to pick material up for this beauty here next week and begin working on it :thumbsup: gonna be 3/16 mild steel channel with a 4" wide cap on top. Shouldnt be any heavier than the bumper, brush gaurd and 3/8" thick steel reciever I have on the front now. Updates follow as they happen

Nice man, I like it. You might be surprised how quickly that 3/16's 1018 will add up weight wise though.
Won't that monster winch weigh it down pretty good There wont be a winch mounted on it, hence the hitch reciever

Yea, it's pretty much the perfect design. Just tweaked a little for what I need it for. It will be a LOT smaller tho, size wise, a real nice low profile bumper.
$100 in supplies. 8" wide channel iron 3/16" thick is $75 plus the extra 4" wide plate steel I have lying around. Guy at work's welding it up for me.
