Need some thoughts/opinions

Alright, so I've really been thinking about selling my CB. I hardly use it, and never talk on it so it's kinda pointless to have around and taking up valuable cab space. But here's the catch... My aunt paid for it for my christmas gift because I had wanted one for the longest time, really just to say I had it... I feel like a dumbass now because she paid so much for it. :( I just want some opinion as to what I should do.... Sell it? Or keep it and not use it? I mean, if I sell it, I can get around $225-250 for the entire setup and get some much wanted mods, or I can keep it and not have any money for the truck and know I didn't basically rob my aunt of $200 for the radio. Feel more guilty than anything I guess on this, but it'd make me feel a bit better knowing what y'all think I should do. unsure:
 
Think I should? I'm taking over the Dakota's mud tires and looking at some BFG's for the Dakota, so I wanted to get some Soft 8's and sell my wheels. I'm attempting to work towards a tonneau cover too, which will interfere with the antenna placement in the bed, so that's looking like the only option as of now unless I want to obamafy my antennas somewhere else lol
 
dont think of it as stealing from here, what she really did was loved you and gave you $200 to do what ever you want with
 
^^ He is right. It was a gift. Sometimes I feel guilty because my mom pays to have my windows inted on my vehicles and I trade em in but it helps resale value. Think of it as her giving you $200 cash instead of a $200 CB
 
Idk though lol It's one of those things that you really don't use, but you want to keep it just to say you have it. Know what I mean?
 
My mom has a cover on her truck and I hate it! You can't use your bed like at all, and when you do put something in the bed it will probably slide all the way to the front and its a PITA to get to it.
 
Extang trifecta. Turd has one. Easy to undo and get off. And it'll save my clothes from blowing all over when I come home for the weekend. I used to have one but it leaked like a bastard, then I got the toolbox and sold it. I loved it
 
Sell it Pete.. If you decide you really miss it you can get a smaller cheaper one..
If you get the tonneau definately get the hard cover foldy one.. I hated my roll up and if you undo them in the cold you ARE NOT going to get it re snapped until it gets nice out..

Yeah, have the blackmax on the Dakota. It's a bitch....


I'm gonna go ask my aunt later today if she would be offended if I did, then go from there.

if you do sell it make sure to take your aunt out to lunch or something, since she did get it for you it would be nice
 
Well she sometimes gets panic attacks and is afraid to drive, so I usually take her places when she wants to go. Plus I babysit my cousin when she wants to go with a friend somewhere and housesit when they go on vacation. But lunch somewhere would be a nice gesture.
