It was really faded, and looked crappy. And at that time I wanted a chrome grille, so I took the cheap way out lol
lol your welcome.... the grille is actually pretty easy to do .... mine was that greyish color and i pulle it out and sprayed it black.... looks alot better IMHO
if you are gonna repaint it get you a box big enough for it to set in and let it soak in some brake fluid for a couple hours.... then wash with warm soapy water..... then dry and re paint.......
the brake fluid will take the old paint off..... so you have a clean canvas to work with..... the pressure washer wont strip the paint off it will just wash it......
