Hey guys, I am awhile from buying new meats but hey a guy can shop to around, just wondering what I should do... Id like to go with bigger rims eventually (i ahve 235/75/15) should I go with with 16 inchers or perhaps go 17.... I would like to improve the handling (i know its a truck, but want to limit body roll) but still not affect my payload capacity too much and offroad capabilities. I think with 235/60/16 would be a good fit but how do 17s ride out (want to keep the OEM 29 inch tire height)

(bonus thread for ya guys too :p )

thanks for the suggestion, but I like the ride height I currently have if anything, I would go lower but stock height is paradise for me :p

Dont go any lower than a 50 series or they start getting expensive REAL fast. Best bet would be to go 18s ( Look AWSOME on a stock ranger ) and a set of 235/50/18 or something close to that size.

I never even considered 18" would that stiffen the ride too much?
