Not really. Seems fairly reasonable. 15-20k 10yr old full size diesel powered trucks aren't uncommon around these parts. Heck I'm budgeting 20-25k for a 6yr old truck.
did they have the powdered metal connecting rods in '00? Or was that '01-02? Better check....

too bad my old co-worker out at the tech school sold his, that was a badass truck... '00 F350 XL, reg. cab 8' bed, 7.3 auto, 2wd, with 80,000 miles. he bought it for $2500 and had the body shop class restore it, did some damn nice work, painted it cherry red metalic, a set of alcoa's, 4" turbo back straight pipe, intake, tuner, rhino lined, the list goes on. he got $5500 for it when he traded in for an '02 duramax, and i was pissed, lol.
