i got my oil changed in febuary on valentines day and thought might be getting close to needed one again. after looking at the paper valvoline gave me it said 5/14 or i have about 1200 miles until i need. so my question is should i change it asap or can i wait till i go the extra 1200 miles?and i will be changing the oil by myself for the first time and am thinking about using the 3m fuel system tune up kit.

I dont go by time on my oil changes, just by miles. Your oil shouldnt break down from sitting lol.
