My High school Ride

I was looking though some old pictures on my cpu and found some pictures of my ride during high school. Owned the truck for 2-3 years and bought it bone stock. First year into collage I ended up buying an srt-4 while I kept the s-10. Wasnt a huge fan of the srt even though I had thousands into it, but traded them both in on a new gto. drove the gto around for awhile, but had to get rid of it before i got in trouble. it wasnt good for a 19 year old to have a car like that. so I traded the gto in on the ranger and have been driving that since. anyway, on to the pics.

Nice s-dime.
I like those body styles, but I've never liked the tail lights. Chevy could have done something much cooler with all the room they have back there.
 
best part was when i bought the truck, I bought it from some like 70 year old dude for 4,500. it had like 92k on it. Had the 4.3, ran great, and was pretty loaded for the year. best part it was a ZQ8, which was a special option from gm for that year, gave bigger sway bars, camaro steering box, bilstien shocks, lowered 1.5 from the factory, and gave u the ss wheels. being 17 at the time. I was amped! lol.

wow thats really cool i didnt know that!
 
yeah, I was the outcast who drove a slammed truck. def only one in the parking lot. some of them i would have been fine with. lol
