I am envious man, truck looks awesome. mine is a stock height supercab 4x4. know a good place to get a cheap 2-3 inch suspension lift? cheapest i can find is 450-600$!

That truck is gone the off Road Trails in the sky.
I sold it and found out later the guy took it apart for the 5.0 Conversions parts.
I run an '03 EDGE now, waiting to find out the best way to convert to a 5.0 in California.

Now to the idea of a CHEAP lift kit !
No suck thing as a cheap suspension lift !
Save a little longer to get a SkyJacker 4.5" lift or 5" to run some 33" tires, you will not be sorry you did it and a good engineered lift is well worth the price in safety.

There is always a body lift but don't go too big, remember the larger the body lift the more stress on the body mounting bolts, especially if you go off road with the truck.

i dont like body lifts much. they make the truck so much more top heavy and tippy. the suspension lifts are more stable, less labor intensive, and give better flex when offroading.

Actually a body lift keeps the weight mass lower and in turn a little more stable than a suspension lift.

A suspension lift does let you flex better and maybe more.

Also, the suspension lift just looks better too and no body gaps to fill.

Good luck you guys on your projects
