missing

    DangerRanger99 who wants a v8?

    recently my truck starting cutting out while drivin down the road...it does it worse on hills and im lost...replaced fuel filter,plugs,wires and coil pack.the check engine light did come on and it read cylinder 3 miss fire.do yall have any ideas what this could be?

    not sure on the plugs but i replaced them bout 10 thousand miles ago and it just recently started doin

    Even so, sometimes these engines are fussy and if they arent autolites or motorcraft they plugs die out. How about when you did the wires? Did you make sure they went in the right order?

    ya they were put in the right order....the plugs were just the regular oriely plugs so i dnt think they were autolites or motorcraft

    I would say they may be the problem. Try changing them with auto lites or motorcraft and see how that goes

    No problem, like I said, for some reason these engines are real fussy about the plugs so I hope it works dude

    i replaced the coil pack and still does it....it likes doin it when its cold out and between 45 and 60 goin down the road

    well changed the cylinder 3 plug and no luck...guess ill take it to a shop and see if it can be fig out

    swap the plug and the wire if you can...see if that can correct it
