yes you can quick release the front wheel, i bought a set up at a bike shop 2 years ago, and it is really simple to do
well the front wheel is normally held in buy a bolt and nut, and the kit i had was the bolt was on a quick release turn nob and the bolt would fold down releasing the tire
I know what they look like, I guess what I am wanting to know is do I just buy Quick Release Front and Rear Bike Skewers? and if so what keeps the bearings in? and what release is there like a book that shows what fits what bike like oil filter reference books/// http://www.ebay.com/itm/SHIMANO-XTR-M965-Quick-Release-Front-and-Rear-Mountain-Bike-Skewers-/110860428104?pt=AU_Sport_Cycling_Parts&hash=item19cfcbe348 say like this one it would seem like there would be some innerds per say otherwise it would be sloppy
