IAC Valve Options

Hello,

I've been having idling issues with my 2000 2.5L 4cyl, and I think the IAC valve is the culprit. I'm wondering if any one else has bought one, and had long term success? If so, what was the brand of the part? And would you recommend going for a third party brand, or get another ford part?

I know in the past, with my ex's Explorer-- I could spray it with carb cleaner or seafoam and get it to operate another year or two.

..I just realize your post was in 2014. What did you end up doing, and how'd that go?
