I'm a retired ASE tech, and hoping to find some parts and maybe answer some questions, of course I'll have some too !! I'm own a 1983 Ranger and a 1984 Jeep CJ7 and neither is stock. My Ranger has a 2.3 litre with a Crane cam circle track cam, offenhauser dual plane intake , along with engine work and headers. I did this for power , and fuel mileage. I get appox. 26 mpg out of her. anyways I look forward to having a great time here noflkid
