Electrical problem -2011 Ranger Sport

Hello, I am new here, this is my first post. My son recently purchased a 2011 Ranger Sport with the 4.0 engine. It has 73K miles on it. None of the dash lights work. He checked the fuse and it looks OK. Is this a common problem with this model? What should we look for to troubleshoot it? I am a mechanical engineer and have basic electrical knowledge. Since all the lights on the dash are non-functional, I am guessing that there may be a bad connector that supplies power to the dash lights or maybe something bad on a PCB? Any help or guidance is appreciated!

(So far we have changed the fluid in the diff, put on new tires, changed the coolant and replaced the upper and lower hoses and changed the engine oil. Next we plan to do a brake job on the front-replacing the rotors, calipers and hoses.) Just want to get the dash lights working soon so he can monitor the gauges at night.

My son says that the low tire pressure light and the low fuel level lights do work. And the overhead light works when the doors are opened. But none of the dash lights work. Seems strange that all the dash bulbs would be burned out. Could it be that there is something common with all the dash bulbs like a bad connector that feeds power to the bulbs, or maybe something else we should check for? Any help is appreciated!
