Dome light for 2010 flashes on and off on passenger side door

Hi guys,
Just bought a 2010 4cyl and the passenger side door only makes the dome light flash on for a split second and goes off.

Pasenger side works fine.

Is this an easy fix or BCM issue.

First, is it the passenger side or the other side .

Spray the lock area of the door latch.
Open and shut the door a few time.
The switch for the light if like my 03 is on the latch.
