Can anyone help???A/C went out last week tried to charge.Low side pressure was 120+ and clutch would not engage.I knew there was a leak on the dischargh hose so I replaced compressor, accumulator, discharge hose, flushed replaced orifice and vac to-27 for an hour, held for an hour and tried to charge. It would only take 3/4 of a can (wouldn't take anymore) and low side was reading up into retard.Went ahead and replaced the low side cycling switch and compressor plug( was broken and pretty ugly)still nothing. Is there anything I could be missing?Any help is help.......

Wound up being a short in the relay wiring. And a bad high pressure switch.Jumped swith after compressor stopped cycling with charge.Just thought i'd post in case anyone else runs acrosss same problem.
Good catch! I was going to suggest the switch. Had to replace mine in March for the same thing. Most don't know and figure that they have a bad clutch. I work in auto parts and see it all the time.
High pressure switch Are you talking about the switch that's on the control panel, if so I replaced that and the air still does'ny work just hot air.
