I don't have a shop manual, I have a problem with a melted part/sensor that happened this season and want to replace it. The part is mounted on the passenger side adjacent to the AC line to the cab. It has one plug on it and has two rubber hoses coming from and returning just after the manifold on the header pipe. Not any noticeable issue but it completely melted thru and was blowing exhaust. I just clipped the hose and made it loop back bypassing the part/sensor.
Can anyone point me to a schematic or parts view to find out the function of this part.
I will get a pic if necessary.
