Okay, so recently I've been having problems with my driver's side window. A few days ago I had the starter replaced and the truck fixed. I knew it as a fact that if my window had been rolled down, it would NOT go back up. My brother rolled it down. So I went to Pep Boys and they told me that it was the switch, so the first thing I do is order a switch. I installed it today and boom, the window finally went up. I used it all day and it worked flawlessly. Now, tonight, the window will not go down nor will my passenger's side. When I click the AUTO button down, I hear a click coming from somewhere near my gas pedal and brake it seems. I've heard I may need to replace my regulator or possibly even my motors which are quite expensive. Has anyone else had this problem or know a fix to it? Luckily the switch helped me get the window up, but now I'm starting to think it was a waste of money now that it will not go down. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

pull the door panel and use a long flat head to tap the motor a few times. happens to me a lot. try not putting you windows all the way down. when ya do, just tap the button and bring em up a hair. this should stop the motor from seizin up. when yer hittin the motor careful ya dont miss and hit the glass. that would suck
