Change your plugs and wires to start. Do you have a check engine light?

If plugs/wires/cap/rotor/filters don't seem to help much, put the largest bit you can fit on your drill and pop a hole into the underside of your cat.
If you get power back then, your old cat is plugged and needs replacement.
It happens....you might also want to start watching your oil consumption at that point - cat may be plugged due to blow by.
