Does anyone out there have a diagram of the fuel injection pump off the 1983 diesel ranger? Pump # 104649-0130. It's a diesel kiki - zexel -rotary style pump licensed by bosch. Any tips on how to do this? The rebuild I mean. ANybody? I don't have the $700-1100 bucks it cots to get it...

In case anyone was wondering, the intake had a heated element in between the engine and the filter tube. When I swapped out the alternator something happened with the voltage regulator and turned it on.

I just put a new alternator into my ranger and it seems to be working great. One of the wires that was going from the alternator to the battery was melted so I stripped it and used electrical tape as a temporary fix. I just drove it about 2 miles and the air filter tube melted completely...
