i buying HIDs for my ranger, and they give me 3 choices for the 9007 bulb the Flex Bixenon, Hi/Lo halogen, and a single. which on should i get, i dont know what one to get and i dont want to buy the wrong ones

i got a poineer dvd head unit from a buddy, i was wondering if id have to buy a wiring harness for it or can i just take the wires from the stock radios and splice them with my new radio?
