Looking for an fully working factory radio for my 2002 ranger, trying to bring it back to stock as much as i can before i trade in, and my aftermarket one shit the bed on me

so today i just got an inspection and failed, i failed because there is a leak coming from either the oil pan or front diff and has gotten onto the exhaust, the liquid has a greenish tint to it and is all over the oil pan and diff itself, anyone have any ideas on what happened? and how to fix it?
