    Yeah I found those mounts after I posted this. But for 50 bucks, I think I'll try making my own. Like you said, kinda expensive for what they are.

    picked up a fiskars x7 hatchet for my dad for upcoming fathers day. his old hatched for splitting kindling is getting pretty dull and wore out. figure this will be a good upgrade for him. Also picked up a fiskars x15 chopping axe for myself. will mount it to the ranger for use when in the bush...

    it would be, But ive got an action packer bolted down up there haha. do you think some bent steel bolted to the bed side would work? I wanna keep things as simple as possible. Thought about attaching them to the bottom of the bed, but then when I haul things the mounts would be in the way.

    Sounds! What kind of system do you have??

    Got my sub and amp picked out. With a custom box I'm lookin at $600. So the saving up begins! Love my current setup though. Hits hard for not having an amp and no sub! No complaints as of yet with my pioneer double din, and JBL components/coaxials.
