the meet was actually a focus meet and one of the members over there also owns a fx4 level 2 and is a member here and he talked them into letting the few rangers that were there join in on the fun....

that meet was actually in columbus last year and was pretty cool... i know most of the members are up around PA with some being in ky and ca and one old fart in AZ always bragging about his 80 degree weather in winter.... hahaha there are one or 2 members around indiana....

An exploder is just a 4 door ranger with an enclosed bed basically. Little different body style but mechanically the same. ie the frame on an exploder is the same as a ranger just stretched a little longer.

i just go to my local auto parts store... but as far as asking our opinon on good places to get your supplies you'll get 6 answers going one way and half a dozen going another.... just my .02..

you will need brake shoes e-brake cables and a brakes parts kit it should include all new hardware for your drum brakes... or atleast i think it should....

the modding required it to pull the mounting bolts out of the mirror and remove some of the mounting pillar on the mirror base and then clean up the hole so you can replace the bolts and mount on the truck...

i have seen a couple with them i am even looking for a set for my truck that are electric hahaha looking for the unicorn.... hooligan has them on his 01 and they look pretty kickass.....

yes they will fit but the mounting points will need to be modded to make them fit perfectly...

That thing got messed up. Just wonder if it was a flaw with the machining of the crank that cause it to implode or what exactly happened.
