yeah i was very lucky. found it at wally-world, good quality remington ammo too. they got the shipment in at 6:00 AM, i got there at 11:00 ish, and they had already sold 3/4 the shipment. only 3 boxes allowed per customer per day, but the clerk told me to just bring the family and get everyone...

lol same here, hell i bought my .22 because it was cheap to shoot and i could find ammo anywhere. now i feel lucky i got to wall-mart right after they re- stocked, got my 3 allowed boxes of 100 rounds. it's very aggrivating.

yep... that's on the highway though, about 70 MPH. and during the summer. i'm sure the 3.73 gears help alot too, lol.

i get 26 MPG on the highway with my truck :p i know 4.3 powered S10 / blazers get decent fuel economy too, low to mid 20's highway from what i've seen. and blazers are CHEAP around here.

lol at least they're easy to work on! although i could see him getting bored with a 3.0 really quick

i was told by one of the sporting goods counter ladies that's worked in the one wallmart by me forever that the ammo gets ordered factory direct & ships directly to the store. up in mattamoras they just got the gun racks back in place too, no guns yet though. they got rid of 'em a long time...
